月例の第３木曜、Sacred Harp Singing 再開！
第３木曜、歌の会の皆様、ご無沙汰しております。コロナ感染者が低い事を受けて今月開催が決まりました。何と約２年ぶりになります。ただ、場所が変わっています。残念な事に池袋聖公会が閉鎖したとの事ですが、ピーターさんが新たな場所を手配してくださいました。

場所：St. Margaret's Church／聖マーガレット教会の２階、礼拝堂

注：近くに立教女学院のSt. Margaret's Chapelがあるそうですが、そこではないのでお気を付けください、との事です。
Click for map・地図はこちらです。Welcome back to Sacred Harp in Tokyo! With the low corona numbers in Japan, we decided to start singing again after two too tuneless years. HOWEVER, our singing place has changed. Sadly, Ikebukuro Anglican Church has closed its doors, but thanks to Peter Evan, we have a new place.

※ On the way to St. Margaret's Church, you'll pass the back end of St. Margaret's Chapel on the campus of St. Margaret's School. That's not it.
先月11月6日の七図形歌の会では楽しい時を過ごせました。幸いコロナ感染者数がまだ低いので、12月にも開催します。ハモることがお好きな方々、どうぞ思うがままに心ゆくまで一緒に歌いましょう。詳細は下記の通り：

We are not yet resuming our regular monthly singing, but deciding each time whether to sing the next month based on the state of the cursed virus.

皆様、お久しぶりです。お元気でお過ごしでしたか。
現在の感染者数が少し落ち着いていることを機に１１月下北沢七図形歌の会を開催する事となりました。
１１月６日（土）、下北沢ナザレン教会、17:00
引き続き、マスク、間隔を空ける、換気に努めたいと思います。
飲み物は各自でご用意ください。
尚、毎月の歌の会を再開という訳ではありませんが、今後は状況を見ながらその都度決める形になるのではと思います。
９月にアルトの節子さんが亡くなりました。
メモリアルも兼ねて皆さんで歌いましょう。
Hope everyone is doing well after this long tuneless hiatus. In light of diminishing Covid numbers in Japan, we have decided to hold our November Shimokitazawa seven-shape singing:

We will continue to wear masks for now, keep some distance between ourselves, and make sure the ventilation is working. Everyone please bring your own refreshments.
This singing isn't to signal a resumption of our regular monthly singings yet. We'll just play it by ear as we see how the situation progresses.
We would also like to make this a memorial for alto Setsuko Iwamiya, who passed away in September.
